Prof. B.K. Mohanty is an experienced academic specializing in Operations Research and Fuzzy Logic, with a focus on business modelling and information systems. He has over 28 years of teaching experience at IIM Lucknow, teaching MBA, executive, doctoral, and corporate programs. As Chairman of Admissions, he helped expand CAT access to non-IIM institutions. He has also received the Best Elective Course Award (2023, IIM Lucknow) and Best Faculty Award (2018, IIM Jammu).
