Dr. Ashish did his PhD (2021) from TAPMI, a research center of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. Later, he was working as an Assistant Professor (Sr. Gr.) in Amrita School of Business, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore (June 2021- May 2022). He has taught courses such as Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Organizational Behavior at Postgraduate level and Organizational Management at the Undergraduate level. His research interests are broadly in the area of behavioral science, especially in understanding creative behavior in different contexts such as consumer creativity, entrepreneurial creativity, Individual and team creativity. His research articles are published in reputed international journals such as Thinking Skills and Creativity, Personality and Individual Differences, Acta Psychologica, American Journal of Psychology, and Perceptual and Motor Skills. Prior to his doctoral research journey, he has worked as an assistant manager-marketing in Indian Overseas Bank, handling marketing responsibilities of more than 30 branches in Ludhiana region.
