Dr. Ridhi Arora holds a PhD in Management from IIT Roorkee and has taught Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Self-Group Dynamics, Leadership and Change Management, and related subjects at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. She has also delivered executive education programs for working professionals. Her research interests span a wide range of human behavior in organizations including HR analytics, AI in HR, sustainable HR practices, employee attitudes, organizational commitment, work engagement, mentoring, personality, and diversity. Dr. Ridhi has published in reputed journals such as the Journal of Health Organization and Management, Employee Relations, and Human Resource Development International. Her academic journey includes teaching positions at prestigious institutes like IIM Shillong, IIM Amritsar, and Jindal Global Business School.
